"Lubáy" means to loosen, to release, to let go. The name was chosen deliberately — because that is exactly what a stay here is supposed to do. Not a resort itinerary. Not a check-in desk and a room number. A place where a family or a group of friends can simply be, together, without the noise of strangers or the compromise of shared hotel spaces.
Lubáy Villas opened its doors in November 2025, quietly, in the beachside community of El Zamba Liwliwa, Barangay Liwliwa, San Felipe, Zambales. The property was built around a simple insight: that the best group getaways happen when the whole place belongs to you. Three separate private villas instead of adjacent hotel rooms. A private pool that no one else can book a slot in. An al fresco kitchen and covered dining area where cooking together is part of the stay, not an afterthought.
The beach at Liwliwa — one of Zambales' most storied surf breaks — is a 1–3 minute walk from the gate. Sari-sari stores and local restaurants are on the same short walk. El Zamba Liwliwa is a real neighbourhood, and Lubáy sits inside it, connected to its rhythm, not walled off from it.
Within months of opening, Lubáy earned a 4.92 Airbnb rating — built entirely on honest reviews from real guests. April 2026 was fully booked. May weekends sold out. Holy Week families chose Lubáy for multi-night retreats. The response confirmed what the property was built to be: somewhere worth returning to.
